Apple Users: In some cases, the Apple Watch has Bluetooth interferences with Bluetooth earbuds. This may happen if they are on a similar or the same Bluetooth frequency level. The Yesido TWS05 Earbuds can only be operated when the Apple Watch has been disconnected from Bluetooth on the iPhone (Do not delete or forget Apple Watch on device). The product is not faulty and has been tested before shipment. The Apple Watch and the Yesido Earbuds cannot be operated at the same time. Below are simple steps that can be taken for the Yesido Earbuds to be fully functional with or without Apple Watch User.

Non-Apple watch Users: No issues, just connect to Bluetooth and Play.

Apple Watch Users:

Step 1: Disconnect Apple Watch from your Bluetooth settings. (Do not delete or forget device Apple Watch)

Step 2: Connect your Yesido Earbuds in the Bluetooth settings or open Earbuds case near your iPhone to connect from the new opening window automatically.

Step 3: The Apple Watch and the Yesido earbuds cannot operate simultaneously as there will be Bluetooth frequency issue.

Step 4: Enjoy your new Yesido Earbud by listening to your favourite tracks or for your phone calls.

If you encounter any issues connecting to the Yesido TWS05 Earbuds, forget and delete the Earbuds on your Bluetooth settings and restart the process from step one without an Apple Watch Bluetooth connection (Do not delete or forget Apple Watch)
